My name is Najat Haddouch When I was 18 years old, I began my career in healthcare. Taking care of the sick gave me a lot of satisfaction in life, and for a period of time, I was very happy with my job. Several years on, after looking after countless patients, I began to feel that there has to be more that I can do to make these patients feel better instead of giving them medication. I wanted to spend my time in an even more meaningful way. In fact, I knew that islam had the answer. Every day I thought, “Why are you wasting your time? This is not the work that you are supposed to do.”
But some of you might doubt me. You might be thinking about a few questions:
Well you see, when I started out on this journey, I had NOBODY to turn to except for Allah and my mum, who had some experience in this practice. I had to study and figure out everything by myself, and admittedly, it was not an easy journey.
I’ve learnt everything I could about Hijama and helped thousands of people. I’ve mastered this practice and today, I have patients from all over the world putting their faith in Allah and me, and allowing me to help them relieve their pain.
And you can be exactly where I am today, and even more. Imagine you also serving more, do more, be more—AND deliver value in the lives of your brothers and sisters, feel motivated, empowered, and excited about your daily job And while doing this earn a living and the rewards from Allah, exalted is he.
Hijama is has been in use in many countries to treat certain diseases or bodily disorders. While the Chinese seem to have played a leading role in using this technique to treat certain diseases, Arabs and others have adopted also since it was recognized as beneficial by the Prophet (Allah’s peace be upon him). The Europeans were also doing cupping to treat many diseases. The difference between the Arabs or Muslims and others in doing hijama was not hidden since while believers were more interested to do hijama as the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) (without questioning anything), others were doing it purely for medical benefit.
The first and top-level benefit of hijama for a believer is the reward he or she will get, both heavenly and worldly, for following a stressed Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Not only the believers but also anyone can openly observe or experience the benefits that are bestowed on the followers of the commands of Allah Most High and His Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). On the other hand, when we look at this technique from a worldly perspective, we can find hijama has many benefits.
It is noted that hijama promotes the flow of energy in the blood. It removes toxins and other waste material from the blood. It helps hasten recovery time for people recovering from certain diseases. Hijama is known to prevent many diseases and, therefore, can be considered one of the best preventive measures against many diseases. Moreover, in many cultures, hijama is thought to help those who are under some magic spell or who are under the influence of some evil beings.
Hijama has no side effects as long as performed properly. It is also worth noting that many diseases and disorders are associated with failure of blood to circulate properly in the body. Furthermore, we get sick or our body organs fail to perform healthily when our blood keep circulating loaded with toxins and other impurities. Unless the toxic waste is removed from the body or from the blood, not only we do not recover quickly from disease but also we become victims to other diseases. Hijama is an excellent way to remove the toxic waste from the blood stream, and the results will obviously be a healthy and properly functioning body. We should never forget that this highly useful and recommended Sunnah of the Prophet SAW helps us in controlling many diseases such as infections, hypertension, circulatory diseases, pains, infertility, cancer, etc.
“My headache has gone, and the shoulder complaints have been severely reduced. I feel much better now. After each Hijama treatment I feel reborn. My body experiences an inner cleansing. I am fitter, more energetic and feel so much better now. Do I recommend it? Without a doubt. I have gotten everyone in my vicinity to undergo Hijama treatments themselves just as my friend referred me.”

“In conclusion I have found the course to be very educative, especially the part about the human psyche and the self-healing capabilities. The taught theory could immediately be applied to real life practical applications, by means of practicing on each other. I recommend learning about Hijama to everyone. “Najat is wonderful at what she does + I felt like I was treated individually, not just by my symptoms. The hijama treatment was personalized to exactly what I needed + she helped me feel comfortable + relaxed throughout the whole process. Dealing with chronic neck pain, back pain + emotional pain, I felt lighter + less stressed in just one treatment. I am so grateful for Shireen + her work!”

“I came in with a head cold and with a sore back after seeing this place in the past while eating in Devon. Shireen explained the treatment in great detail and then did something called ‘gliding’. To me with seems the equivalent of a deep tissue massaged combined with cupping and I came out of it feeling fantastic, light as a feather.”

Cupping’s effect on the digestive organs is to increase their digestive secretions and enhance their peristaltic movement. Cupping can increase the appetite, strengthen the stomach and digestion, improve the bile flow and metabolism, relieve constipation and promote regularity of the bowels.
Cupping has a dramatic detoxifying effect on the skin and circulatory system. By increasing the flow of blood and plasma through the veins and arteries, cupping enhances the cleansing and removal of toxins.
